When he arrived, he was pleasant to talk to and treated my husband with respect.  He was knowledgeable and efficient during the inspection. Chad was great from start to finish. After comparing quotes from several companies, Commonwealth won us over with not only their price but also their expertise and customer service. I had plenty of questions and Chad was happy to explain in detail. They also managed to work us into their schedule to get the new roof installed much faster than we originally expected. What more can u say? I actually called them by accident, the former home owner gave me their contact information by mistake, so I reached out for a warranty repair, but commonwealth roofing ended up not being the company that put my rood on,
Even so Bill Long offered to repair my roof knowing I wad a new home owner and rain was coming, his guys came out made the fix, 2 days of heavy down pours and no leaks,

Before I called Commonwealth Roofing, I was told that the age, materials, angle and dormers on my roof were going to be a problem.  They came out identified the issue(s) and repaired it within just a couple days and did not charge me fortune.  These guys are professional, quick, thorough and most importantly.... NICE.  I cannot recommend Commonwealth Roofing enough.  We will be calling them again when we need to replace the roof, and I am confident it will be done right. After contacting several roofers in my area and getting outrageous quotes I stumbled upon commonwealth roofing and thought let’s give them a call. I spoke with a gentleman and he came out and gave me an estimate that I questioned because it was so much lower than anyone else, after I was able to, I called and let them know that I was ready to get my roof replaced. It has been a long journey for me to get here but they were ready when I was. They came within days to give me a new roof, very professional, very polite guys. I honestly only have nice things to say about Commonwealth Roofing. Anytime that I hear of someone needing a new roof I will suggest Commonwealth roofing to them. I had a squirrel infestation. Every night they were shewing, chewing, and chewing away my home. I contacted Commonwealth Roofing on a recommendation from a friend. It took them a while to get started. However, once they were working they covered all the fascia, soffit, and frieze board on the   upper level and all the porches in only two days. The little bit of caulking that needed to be done they did the very next day. It looks beautiful and is well done. Most importantly, the squirrels can't get into the attic now. I would use them again.
